yep, when you use "one of", you're trying to refer to one particular thing from a collection, which is supposed to more than one, right?

So, lets rephrase it and see..

"One of my friends told that one of his neighbours had a problem with one of his cars and that's just one of his problems!"

sounds right?

now try.. "one of my wife's relatives.. " 🤜👊🤛

Ex. Read (present) vs Read (past) Similarly,  Content with a stress on the first syllable makes it a noun which would mean ingredients.
